Questions, answered
How much gravel do I need?
Measure length and width in feet, then pick a depth: 4 inches for driveways, 2 to 3 for paths and beds. Our calculator turns that into tons or loads for the exact material you choose, with the delivered price.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Mark the drop spot and leave notes for the driver when you book. We text you a photo once it's down.
Will the truck damage my driveway?
It can. A loaded dump truck can crack concrete, pavers and asphalt, so the safest spot is one we can reach without driving on them. If you ask us to drive on your driveway, that's at your risk, and you'll confirm it in the delivery agreement when you book.
What if the truck can't reach my drop spot?
Our driver makes the call on safety. If the spot is blocked, too tight or too soft to reach, it counts as an attempted delivery and we keep 50% of your order to cover the trip, even if the load goes back to the yard. You get the rest back on your card. It's all in the delivery agreement you sign before you pay.
Do you spread or level it?
No. We dump one clean pile where you mark it. Spreading is on you or your landscaper.
Will my rock match the photos?
Close, but not exactly. Rock, sand and fill are natural products, so color and size vary by source and by load.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. If storms roll in or the ground is too soft, we text you to pick a new day at no charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours, canceling costs 50% of your order, the same as a failed delivery.
How do I pay?
By card online when you book. Your delivery goes on the truck schedule as soon as payment clears, so there's nothing to pay at the door.
Is sales tax included?
Yes. Your quote shows the total with Florida sales tax for your county. Tax is on the material only; trucking isn't taxed. Prices per ton and per load are before tax.
